The workout “Quad Watch” in BOXVR is a great way to get some lower body exercise. Push it to the next level by adding modified movements along with a weighted vest and ankle weights to maximize your results in each workout.
This video was take 7 so her heart rate was pretty high to start with. We were trying to get it perfect. She’s wearing a 10lb weighted vest and 2lb ankle weights. FYI – the calorie counter in the game is WAY off. BoxVR had a bug at the time this video was recorded.
